OCR: MMC is a feature-packed multinode chat door, it lets users of the same BBS talk to one another. It is actually a fairly simple program to follow but there are some special features as below: All text from users has the users name above the text they have written, the user's name is a different colour for each node. Normal users have their name surrounded by <> - operators (users that can kick, change topic, etc) have [], special text can appear and it is labeled as to what the text is for. The topic and your settings will be saved to disk. Here are a list of all the commands used in MMC, these are used by typing them as they appear belo into the text entry box wit your own options: 72/whois displays a list of the people (and node number) currently in chat. ✓msg <node> <text> private message a node, e.g. /msg 1 hello. — bold <text> ✔me <text> — — shows your writing in white bold (bright) text, e.g. /bold hi!. displays your text as an action ie. * %f says hellow. ✓pause pauses (ENTER continues), though you may enter and paste text in this! mode <mode> change display mode (just type mode on its own for a list). ✓myconfig page on displays your current MMC configuration. turns your pager on (you can be paged when you are not in MMC). page off turns your pager off. — /kick <node> — kicks a user off the BBS (operators only). topic <topic text, 30 chars max> changes the topic (operators only). op <node> gives operator status to a user (operators only). ✓deop <node> - removes operator status from a user (operators only). ✓clear (same as CTRL+L) help (same as CTRL+2) /quit (same as Escape) I hope you enjoy using MMC, and thank your sysop for registering! %2
